5 Tips to Age Like Fine Wine

My journey to 30 includes me being able to age like fine wine but also look and feel incredible and revived. I heard through the grapevine that the 30s are empowering and you get so much clarification. With my journey, I want to stay as youthful as possible. But let's be real, we are all going to age but my goal is to do it gracefully and with class.

To age gracefully, one needs a combination of things, not just a superb skincare routine. But a healthy lifestyle of that includes a balanced diet, regular exercise, sleep. hydration, street management, and of course a bomb skincare routine.

Here are my top 5 tips for Aging like Fine Wine

1. Stress Management

Release and relax. Taking a day off use to feel like another job but now understanding how to incorporate various healthy skills such as time management, deep breathing, and meditation have supported my feelings of being overwhelmed and stressed.

2. Balanced Diet/ Exercise

Understanding what I am eating and how it is benefitting me or not benefitting me has actually made me feel so much more energized everyday. Incorporating exercises 3 to 4 times a week has also made me start to feel and also look amazing.

3. Fun Life

Having adventures, traveling, being around your loved ones and people who make you laugh can make life worth living. Take some time to do something new and be around people you love.

4. Skin and Body Maintenance

Sun protection will also be my number 1 skin rule to enjoy a tight, firm, and youthful appearance. However, I have incorporated different anti-aging techniques into my everyday skin routine to keep my skin plump and firm. Adding skincare products like Skin Script's Pomegranate Cleanser, Skin Script's Ageless Moisturizer, and Skin Scripts Sheer Protection SPF to help keep my skin looking fresh. I also have been adding modalities such as radio frequency and microcurrent to tighten and lift my skin. Being intentional about making sure to take care of myself.

5. Enjoy the Moment

Live in the moment. And try not to be afraid of aging or taking risks since life is precious.
